Mission Statement

The Scientific and Technology Assessments and Review Center is dedicated to providing independent peer reviews, independent scientific assessments, and related activities to governments at all levels; academia; and the industry. We operate with a small in-house staff and rely upon a large number of highly qualified individuals in providing services to our clients. This approach permits us to produce credible results economically and in a timely manner.
